Ben Tobey is an accomplished Charlotte litigation attorney, having worked in a large plaintiff-oriented class action and toxic torts firm and in a well-known Charlotte litigation firm prior to joining Moretz Law Group. Ben’s practice is concentrated in business litigation, construction litigation and business law.

Ben grew up in Myrtle Beach, SC and Denver, NC. Ben gradutated from Pfeiffer University where he was a four-year started and senior captain of the men’s golf team, and from North Carolina Central University School of Law.

Caleb Prevatte works with our homeowners association and commercial real estate client, and assists with corporate and construction law matters. Caleb is licensed to practice law in both North Carolina and South Carolina and . Caleb grew up in Greenville, North Carolina and attended hometown East Carolina University for college, where he earned a degree in Political Science. He obtained his law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law.
