A. Caleb Prevatte

Caleb Prevatte works with our homeowners association and commercial real estate clients as well as assisting with corporate, construction law, and business law matters. He is licensed to practice law in both North Carolina and South Carolina. Prior to joining Moretz Law Group, Caleb worked for a real estate law firm in Charlotte. Caleb grew up in Greenville, North Carolina and attended hometown East Carolina University, where he earned his Bachelors of Arts degree in political science and represented the ECU student body as a member of the Student Pirate Club, the largest on-campus organization at ECU. Caleb worked as worked as a pharmacy technician during college. He earned his law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law where he was a member of the Wake Law Honor Council as the Counselor for the Respondent.

Caleb is an active member of the Wake Forest University President’s Club and the Young Lawyer’s Division of the Mecklenburg County Bar. Caleb’s wife is also an attorney who practices family law in Charlotte. They live in the Plaza Midwood neighborhood of Charlotte with their dog, Kato. Caleb enjoys golf and traveling in his spare time.
