Distillery & Brewery Law

We represent a number of breweries in the Concord and Cabarrus County area, as well as Southern Grace Distilleries, the award-winning distiller located in the "Whiskey Prison," a former state prison in Mt. Pleasant, North Carolina. We assist our brewery and distillery clients in obtaining all necessary permits and approvals with the state and federal governments, in trademark and copyright matters, with contracts, in assisting them with leasing and building out their physical locations, and in dealing with their investors and other corporate issues.
